Napping The Day Away (Open)

Aiko laid down on the roof of a orange-roofed building. He yawned and turned to his side. This is how he spent most of his free time, when he wasn't eating ramen or brawling random strangers. He closed his eyes and went to sleep. About an hour later Aiko heard a rather strange noise coming from the alley next to the house he was resting on. He got up and looked down to see what it was. "Hey, could you, uh... keep it down please?"

Hikari, who had been asked to be the guild master for Fairy Tail when its former one wanted to go on a journey to set up other guilds, was walking down the street when she heard a noise. Kuroi's ears perked up and he darted toward the noise, which was coming from an alley. She ran after Kuroi and quickly got to the alley. Hikari saw a guy, who looked to be about her age, being beaten up by two other guys, who looked way older than the boy. Hikari was about to say something when she heard a voice say 'Hey, could you, uh..keep it down please'. Really? Do you not see the two guys beating this kid up? She thought, a little annoyed. The two guys didn't see her standing in the alley, they were too busy looking at the roof of the house next to the alley, since that was where the voice had come from. But the boy did. Hikari quickly motioned for him to be quiet and he nodded.

Hikari took a few quiet steps forward, with Kuroi standing a little ways back. She put her hands down and far from her sides. Hikari then used her Fire Dragon's Iron Fist spell. This spell caused her hands to become enveloped in flames and become as hard as iron. A spell perfect for a time like this. Hikari was behind the bigger one of the two guys and bent her arm back, getting ready to hit the guy in the back with the full force of her iron flamed fist. But right as she did that, the bigger guy turned around and saw her. He sent a kick her way right as she was about to send her fist toward him. The outcome didn't look good for her...

Aiko laughed at the men. "I don't think you should have done that." He said cracking his knuckles. He jumped down of the roof next to one of the guys who was laughing and punched his shoulder sending him flying against the wall. The other one came running at him, he smirked and kicked him against another wall. "You alright?" He said extending one hand to both the girl and the boy who had been fighting them.

Hikari had been about to do a flying kick at the man but someone else, whom she suspected was the voice from earlier, took him out for her. Normally she would have been grateful for being saved, but this time she was pissed. She was mad because he saved her. She wanted to defeat those guys by herself to prove she wasn't weak and could be a good guild master. But he ruined it and she was angry. Hikari took his offered hand and pulled him towards her. "Thanks for the help, but I don't need it. Next time, don't butt into my fight. Got it?" She threatenly whispered to the boy, her eyes glaring into his.

The boy, on th other hand, was so happy he was saved. He used the boys hand to help himself up and he thanked the boy before he ran off to his family.

Aiko gave a playful frown. "Well thtats not nice. But there not quite done yet." He said turning to them trying to get up. Aiko looked back to the girl and smiled. "And i can't take them both on my by myself!" He teased.

Hikari rolled her eyes at the boys comment. "Sure you can't." She sarcastically muttered, not really to him but to herself. Hikari ran forward, toward one of the men trying to stand up. She enveloped her fists in fire, like before, and punched forward. The guy got punched in the stomach. He hit the wall but didn't fall to the ground. Instead, he pulled out a knife and stabbed at Hikari. Since she was in close range, she couldn't really dodge it in time. Hikari tried jumping out of the way of the knife, and that almost succeeded. The knife stabbed her side and cut her hip. Hikari stumbled back, her hands going to her side and left hip. "Great..." She muttered as she looked at the wound. Her shirt had gotten torn and her Fary Tail tattoo was visible, along with an oozing stab wound and a cut. Kuroi, seeing Hikari get stabbed, ran forward and attacked the man. He sank his teeth into the mans arm and flapped his wings, trying to blind the man from seeing him.

Aiko watched her fight, he tried not to get involved because she was mad the first time. But when she got stabbed he ran over and signaled Kuroi to leave then picked the man up and punched him knocking him out. He dropped the guy next to the girl and did the same with the other guy. He walked over to the girl again and helped her up, with out giving her a choice. "Sorry... I just couldn't let them hurt you anymore..." He said smiling.

Kuroi saw the boy signal for him to leave, and so he reluctantly did. He stood by Hikari and watched as the boy took out both of the guys. Hikari let the boy help her up, muttering a quiet, "Thanks." She then moved her now bloody hands away from her wounds so she could examine how bad it was. The stab would was deep, she wasn't sure how deep and if it was life threatening, and the cut was like a graze against her hip, though it still hurt pretty bad. "It's fine...It's my fault anyways. I'm such a weak guild master..." Hikari said quietly, looking down and clutching her hands into fists. She wanted to prove, mainly to herself, that she was strong, yet she got stabbed and wasn't even able to take out one man. She had to get help from boy Kuroi and the boy. It made her feel so weak and like such a horrible guild master. They are supposed to be so strong, yet she wasn't even close to being strong, so she thought.

Aiko grabbed gauze out of his pocket and rapped it around her. He smiled and put his hand on her shoulder. "Hey! Don't be glum! Your a great guild master, and anyone in your guild is lucky to have somebody like you!" Aiko took a closer look at the wound making sure she was ok. "We better get to the hospital. Come on, hop on." Aiko said turning around so she could get on his back.

"Thanks so much." Hikari said, thanking him for helping her and for the nice words. "But...I don't have anyone in my guild yet." She touched the gauze, making sure it stayed together and on her wounds. "Um..." She muttered as she boy said for her to hop on his back so he could carry he to the hospital. I'll look even more weak but oh well... Hikari thought, getting on his back. "I'm Hikari Izumi. I really appreciate all of your help." She decided to introduce herself, so at least they would know each others names. Kuroi was beside the boy, watching him cautiously.

Aiko smiled and began to walk. "I'm Aiko, Aiko Kitimaru. Its a pleasure to meet you as well." After about twenty minutes they reached the hospital. Aiko entered and told the doctor it was an emergency. He followed the nurse into a room and Aiko set her down. "The doctor will see you now." The nurse politely said. Aiko nodded then looked back at Hikari. "You doing okay?"

Hikari nodded her head slightly as he introduced himself as Aiko Kitimaru. She looked out from his shoulder, watching as they walked. It took a while for them to get to the hospital. Hikari didn't really think that her wound was that serious but she didn't want to argue with Aiko so she decided to go with him to the hospital. She watched as they entered the hospital and were escorted to a room by a nurse. Then Aiko set her down and she was told by the nurse the doctor would be in soon. Hikari looked at her wound, seeing the blood already seeping through the gauze. I won't faint from blood loss, right? Or die, right? She thought, keeping her worries to herself. "Yeah, the area with the wounds is kind of numb now but its okay." She replied, looking around the room. She didn't really like hospitals, they reminded her of death and everything.

Aiko patted her arm and smiled for her. "It will be fine! Your a great mage." He said before he sat down. The doctor came in a few minutes later and checked Hikari out. He wrote something on his clipboard. "We'll need to give you some medicine and do some stitches. Then you should be fine." He said reassuringly. The doctor looked over to Aiko.
"We'll need you to leave though." Aiko nodded and went over to Hikari. "You got this!" He smiled and left the room. He paced back and forth outside waiting for some kind of news.

"Thanks." Hikari said, chuckling slightly. Aiko was acting as if she was hurt badly, which she wasn't, and so she thought it was funny. Kuroi stood by Hikari and wouldn't move even if the doctor told him to leave. He was going to stay by her side no matter what. Hikari already knew her wounds weren't that bad so the news that all she needed was some medicine and some stitches wasn't shocking at all. "Haha alright." She grinned at what Aiko said before he left. She shook her head and waited for the doctor to start giving her stitches.

After the doctor finished stitching up Hikari's stab wound, he left the room to go get her the medicine she needed so that her wounds wouldn't get infected. Her cut would just needed some wrapping. Hikari's fingers touched at the ends of her now ruined shirt. I'm glad I didn't like this shirt. She thought to herself, noticing that it was torn all over. "I'll have to go change into a new shirt after I leave here." Hikari muttered to herself. While the doctor was gone, the nurse said that Aiko could come back in since the stitching was done. Kuroi had stayed with Hikari so he was already standing by her side.

Once the nurse said he could go in he almost ran inside the door. Once he got inside he ran towards her side. "Are you ok? You worried me... I know it wasn't that bad, but if you died it would be my fault..." He said relieved.

"Haha it was only a stab wound and a cut. It wasn't anything fatal so you didn't need to be worried about me." Hikari said, laughing a little at Aiko's frantic-ness. "And it wouldn't have been your fault, it would have been mine because I didn't dodge the knife in time." She looked over as the door opened again and the doctor came in. He gave her her medicine and told her when to take it before he left, saying that she could also leave. "C'mon, let's go." Hikari got up and walked out the room's door, Kuroi following close behind her, and headed toward the front door.

Aiko sighed in relief. "Still..." He muttered. Aiko watched as the doctor came in an explained about the medicine to Hikari. He smiled and waited patiently. When the doctor said she could leave he smiled even more. "Come on. Let me buy you and Kuroi some ramen!" Aiko said as he patted Kuroi.

"Ramen? Haha sure." Hikari said, grinning. She hadn't had ramen in a while so she was up for it. Kuroi narrowed his red eyes at Aiko, as if daring him to continue petting him. You see, Kuroi didn't really like other people to touch him, let alone pet him. He definitely didn't like a stranger, Aiko was still considered a stranger to him, to touch him. "I wouldn't do that if I were you, Kuroi hates being touched by other people." Hikari smirked, looking between Kuroi's face and Aiko's hand. She didn't want him to get attack, but if he didn't heed her warning there isn't much she could do about that. Kuroi may have been living with people his whole life but he still has the instincts of a wolf and those instincts were telling him to chop down on Aiko's hand. He waited though, waited for Aiko to remove his hand before he bit it.

Aiko removed his hand slowly, he wasn't really afraid of him but he could tell Kuroi didn't like it. "I forgive you." He teased the wolf. He turned his head back to Hikari. "I know a great place! And i'll but it!" He said before running ahead.

Kuroi rolled his eyes and walked to the other side of Hikari, which made her giggle quietly. "Haha alright! I'm up for that!" She said happily, running after Aiko. Her side started hurting a little bit so she hoped onto Kuroi's back. Damn stitches, I can't do much right now I guess because of them. She thought, mentally growling. She hated that with a burning passion.

Soon enough it seemed like they had gotten to the ramen stand that Aiko was talking about. "Is this it?" Hikari asked, looking around. Not many people were there. It was quiet, but not the bad kind of quiet. It was a peaceful quiet and that made her happy. She looked up at the now visible moon, which just so happened to be a full moon. It shined brightly, its rays hitting the ground and illuminating everything in its path. She loved the moon, especially when it was a full moon. It was just so pretty in the dark blue, almost black, sky with the stars.

Aiko smiled and grabbed Hikari's hands. "Your gonna love this place!" He said almost laughing. He walked inside still holding onto her and helped her sit down. He sat down and picked up a menu and handed it to Hikari. "Take your time!"

Hikari walked inside with him, Kuroi following behind them, and sat down. Aiko sat down next to her, with a smile on his face, and handed her a menu. She pondered on what she would get, everything sounded so good! "Hm..." She said, putting her pointer finger to her lip out of habit. She normally did that when she was thinking. "I'll have the...miso ramen please." She smiled before looking over at Aiko. "What are you gonna get?"

Aiko smiled again. "Oh i'm getting Miso too, its my favorite." A young beautiful women came up and took the menus and smiled. "Oh, Aiko! Its great to see you again! Your regular?" Aiko laughed. "Yep. Well take two please." He said putting the jewels on the counter.

"You come here so much you have a regular?" Hikari questioned him, her head slightly tilted to the side as she faced him. She suddenly grinned, snapping her fingers together as her eyes lit up. "I know! I'll call you ramen boy from now on!" She loved that nickname, not caring if he did or not, and was from now on going to call Aiko ramen boy.

Aiko gave a glare then laughed. "I guess i'm ramen boy!" The owner came back with the ramen and Aiko quickly grabbed his and started to slurp it. "Thanks Chloe!" She smiled and turned towards the girl. "Are you enjoying your ramen?"
